So @rpenmanparker we once had a back and forth about bibs vs NOT bibs (shorts) and you talked about using suspenders when wearing a suit, which I also preferred. I most recently used some suspenders for my halloween costume and now I find myself wearing them whenever I can hide them under a sweater. I think suspenders need to come back. Belts suck.

Oooh, one of the TV stations is saying Rain/Snow mix on Tuesday. I hope they're a little off and we get a foot of snow!
I saw a county snowplow out today, so this might be serious!!!

Gunter 6 weeks post op. He has something to say to me today about all this ridiculous bed rest I've prescribed and my instructions for a lifestyle change. Ie don't be a wild thing, little Doxie. I got an earful about that. Good thing this dog can't type or I'd hear about it on yelp, I'm sure.
PS I was double booked at 11am- Gunter the 10 pound Doxie and Wally the 200 pound Great Dane. A study in contrasts.

We haven't had a snowy CX event yet. I have two more chances, before my season is over.

Maybe if I had less of a gut, belts wouldn't suck as much for me. Maybe I should, oh I don't know, ride my freaking bike more and lay off the sweets.

My sister is flying up from Alabama for turkey day and she lined up a job interview in Minneapolis on the Friday after.

For that problem, I've just been clipping them off when I need to and leaving them hanging over my shoulders while still underneath the sweater. It's easy enough to reattach afterwards.

Must color coordinate suspenders (aka braces) and tie. A tie clip never has been, is not now, and never will be fashionable. Like an engineer's pen case, calculator or slide rule.

This is their threadlocker page:
Threadlockers from Loctite Products | Threadlocking / Mechanical Gasketing | Loctite Adhesives
I don't see a blue tube there.

...thanks to @Rowan's help here, I have now devised a strategy to foil the alien invasion of the threadlockers.
If I remember to buy all my blue threadlocker from Permatex, and all my red threadlocker from Loctite, the only place I will need my glasses is for the green stuff.
