I was out riding a solo century...and I just had a couple bites of ice cream and now I'm drinking beer. Not a bad friday. I'm sure at some point, I'll finish it off with a slice of pizza.

I was gonna text and ask if you wanted to ride today, but got busy with yard work.

Now I feel bad. I feel as though I posted something of value to this website. I made an obscure reference to a mental hospital and people are learning stuff.

...writing an article talking up boxing as the ideal exercise routine is even stoopider than running. I'm guessing the author never took a shot to the head.

Talking about shots to the head, the UFC built up the bantamweight women's bout here in Australia last weekend using champ Ronda Rousey as the front person. Honestly, I got sick of sports news websites and seeing all this crap and her picture. Then in the second round of the bout, she copped a bit hit from Holly Holm, went down and that was it. Bye Bye Championship for Rousey. And do you know... the coverage hasn't stopped about her! For heaven's sake, give me a break.

The media coverage really does bring into question its sincerity in publishing articles about family violence and the effect on women. Hypocritisism (sorry, hypocrisy) at its best.
