Easy enough solution. Block the email address and never shop at walmart again.

OOOH! The new cross-chaining thread is starting to move into high gear. I have a good feeling about this one.

Yeah but you got the definition of cross-chaining backwards.

Why is it that when I go to the doctor the receptionist asks why am I coming in, she puts the info into the computer and tells me to take a seat....then, when I get in the exam room, the nurse asks the reason for the visit and puts the info into the computer....then, the doctor comes in and asks why am in to see the doctor?

Don't they read the screen? Don't they talk to each other?

Is this a test to see if I have my story straight?

Yep, that's another one.

That goes along with....

Have any of your medical conditions changed since you were here six months ago?

No.

Okay, please fill out the medical questionnaire.

speaking of scams, on monday as i was at work (server administrator for a huge college campus), i get a call from "computer support" telling me that i have a problem with my software

unfortunately i didnt have time to play with him, but i had enough time to put him on speaker when i asked him to repeat what he said for my boss who was right in front of me

we laughed out loud and i said "nice try buddy" and hung up

In the shelter. Picked up as a stray. They are guessing 10 years old. No one has come for him. How sad is that?

Also: you call yourself a humane society but the lack of blankets is pretty inhumane.

(Don't worry. It's a no-kill shelter. We're away for the weekend but we'll go spring him Sunday if he doesn't get adopted over the weekend.)
