Well which kmc chain? The $45 SL or the $35 XL?
theres no way I can afford the bling color chain that matches my bike colors ($90)... |
I think I might be coming on to zwift. I just did that wringer workout. It was pretty cool on the streets of Richmond. 320w intervals with 80w in between. It nailed my heart rate zones after doing the FTP test last night. The HR trace looks like it came right out of a textbook.
Edit: Activity link: https://www.strava.com/activities/458397201/analysis (click the little clock over the graphs to see what I mean by textbook). |

Based on what I've seen, I wouldn't rule it out that you could lose.

So Cincy lost. "Another one down, another one down, another one bites the dust."
Now the Texans have only 9 more independent chances to make the playoffs. The plot sickens. |

I made my own from bar stock and old chain. Back in the freewheel days, it took two to separate cogs so we could replace individual worn out cogs.

I ride through there a lot. In fact, I used to live a few blocks from there. :)

What was unusual about this is that we often lose power due to buried temporary electric lines put in in 1979. The cable has never been replaced and the insulation is deteriorating.
Anyway, despite super-saturation of the ground, we never lost power but people all around our little town did. Looking at a power outage map, we were a blessed little island of power amidst outages. :) |
