Time to get ready for the midweek club ride. One of the guys just got a new Seven and plans to bring it. Sadly, he is getting ready to move to California so it will be his last "Usual Suspects" ride for now. Unless he decides to move back East again.

Yeah it was clear his system wasn't working at all. And getting rid of LeSean McCoy was obviously ill-conceived.

Can you imagine two high-strung dudes like Manziel and Dez getting together? There'd be a lockerroom fight every week.

He said he wants to stay in the NFL, but I can't see that happening for next season. He may have to sit out a year.
I doubt he goes anywhere and gets full personnel control again though. Don't forget he got rid of DeSean Jackson after a pretty good year as well. McCoy was strike #2 , and waiving his offensive line was strike #3 . |

Head coaches should not be the fattest person on the sideline.

Yep. We hit the local watering hole every Sunday (staggering distance to my house) and I watch the Browns lose. It has been a surprisingly good time, but I have yet to meet another Browns fan.

Had an eye exam yesterday. Been 2 years and my prescription barely changed. I guess that's good since my eyes aren't deteriorating. Still, I'm getting new glasses with slightly higher end lenses as well as replacing the lenses in my cycling sunglasses since those are an OLD prescription.
As a side note they have the most convoluted discount policies. If you buy x you get a discount on y, but if you buy z you can get x at a steeper discount, but lose out on the discount on y. Or you can buy x and z and get a discount on q and w... Oh, and my wife told me after the fact that if I had mentioned my AAA card I could have saved $15. :( |

That's weird; I don't remember you getting DeSean and LeSean back, and Odell will be back from suspension.

Vison Master (I think that's it) here in Houston often offers 2 for 1, but if you ask, they will give you enough discounts on one pair to make it close to 50% off.
Places with complex discount policies are just proof that they're overcharging you. If they wanted to be upfront they would just price everything consistently and be done with it. Running some "sale" 365 days a year is dishonest. Hell, you can't even get a price for something easily because the employees had to plug it into a calculator for a few minutes and figure it out. |

I ended up paying for the new glasses and lenses and getting the lenses for the sunglasses (using my old frames) free.

I'm a glutton for punishment though - I grew up in Tampa and am a Bucs fan. |

Funny, because when I tell people I am a Browns fan, the most common response is "Well, that's better than being a Tampa Bay fan....."
