One of the Taiwan space agency ladies busted out some cherry nougat candies at the meeting yesterday. HIGHLY recommend.

Edit: And then at dinner (Rudy's BBQ), she asked me and my boss what state we were from. My boss is standing at the time, and he's over 7' tall... we said Texas, and she starts laughing, "So that's why you guys look so big!".

You need a full set of Albert Dubout-themed dinnerware:

Those are a bit graphic. Reminds me of the "Greek boys playing leapfrog" on the dinnerware in "The Birdcage".

Heh!

I believe the not-coy kitty's pose is known as 'the third-eye'.

I thought it was known as the exclamation point? :foo:

Could be that as well. The 'troisième oeil' title is pretty common, though I'm not sure if it was Dubout's own title for this image.

There is a computer hack attack going on throughout Europe and Asia right now. A ransomeware thing hitting health care providers.

That's NHS. We ain't got no socialized medicine in 'murca. Yet.

It's kind of like group disease immunity. NHS has one IT dept, so they're all screwed right now. In the US every doc has their own IT, so such an infection could never be this widespread here. Also, go update your windows, like right now.

I just booked a flight to DC for Sunday, a week earlier than planned. I bought the insurance for the existing outbound flight, and so that fare is covered. The hotel and car were free cancellations also. And the new rental is a full size for two weeks, at slightly more than the compact for one. The only thing left is to file the insurance claim, and take care of a few minor details on the home built S&S case.
#nocancellationfees.

Can't believe I didn't think of that before. There must be all kinds of crabon cycling goods on every corner that he could bring to me for pennies. I'll need to make a call later.

I'll get pics later, but my phone is crappy so don't expect much. Also, it is hard to get them to sit still.

This one is a teaser. Basil and Minty, the only permanent cats:

Tell me about the S&S case. I had a custom-made, heavy-duty, two-piece telescoping sleeve-style cardboard box made for mine. It cost about $25 and lasted for a few round trips.

What kind of phone do you have, anyway?

Here's a great BANG FOR BUCK camera you can buy to replace it, with totally legitimate reviews and image samples-

An LG something.

That camera looks good. I wonder if it can be found cheaper in the UK. Or Taiwan.

Holy shizz,

The shop I ride for is expanding their brand lineup. They're launching as a dealer for Allied Cycle Works.

I've posted this bike before-

http://www.pezcyclingnews.com/wp-con...llied-both.jpg

Since we're the shop's "official" team, we get a big discount and a free fit if we put a down payment on a frame.

Hmm... mmmmmm... might need to have a conversation with wifey about this.

It's attacking health care providers. Everyone here is safe.

Do it. By it, I mean pre-order one. Leave the conversation for later.
