Cheer up. After 4 or 5 sprains your ankle will be so loose that future twists won't do any damage. Won't even hurt. Only problem is the scar tissue tends to hold fluid more strongly than normal tissue so the previously damaged ankles can tend to swell on a long airplane ride and such. Ask me how I know.
