We of course have always had the CBC. Radio is especially sick-making -- the Sounds of Smugness 24/7. A peculiarly Canadian genre of 'music' has even been spawned to provide the sound-track: singer/songwriters composing and performing what I think of as 'slit-your-wrist' music, both live-in-studio and recorded.

An outrage. Grounds for attorney general investigation.

So, @WhyFi @BillyD, that whole "I'm done with lenses" thing? Totally forgot about the Venus Laowa 15mm macro. Probably not until well later this year, and maybe on a used a7 of some sort for the focus peaking, but holy crap those images are amazing and completely different from anything else you can make.
The shift functionality is nice with a WA/UWA if you're going to have some architectural elements in the frame.

My widest is a 14-24/2.8 super-wide, an incredibly sharp and incredibly popular lens from Nikon. Really impressive for minimizing distortion on the low end. I've done some really nice work with that lens, it's great for un-distorted closeups of people. But I'm going to sell it to help fund my next super-tele lens . . . I hardly ever use it. I'm just so reluctant to part with that legendary lens, I know I'll regret it soon as it's gone.
