Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

ikr?

We of course have always had the CBC. Radio is especially sick-making -- the Sounds of Smugness 24/7. A peculiarly Canadian genre of 'music' has even been spawned to provide the sound-track: singer/songwriters composing and performing what I think of as 'slit-your-wrist' music, both live-in-studio and recorded.

They didn't have no stinkin' NPR radio when I was growing up. They barely had radio.

Interesting. My Zeiss 35-70 has a macro mode at 35mm (it's not true 1:1 macro, more like 1:2), which is pretty unusual, so to have 1:1 at 15mm is pretty wild; it is fun to get huge magnification coupled with a wide FoV.

The shift functionality is nice with a WA/UWA if you're going to have some architectural elements in the frame.

Just go wherever your creative heart leads you, that's the mark of a true artist.

My widest is a 14-24/2.8 super-wide, an incredibly sharp and incredibly popular lens from Nikon. Really impressive for minimizing distortion on the low end. I've done some really nice work with that lens, it's great for un-distorted closeups of people. But I'm going to sell it to help fund my next super-tele lens . . . I hardly ever use it. I'm just so reluctant to part with that legendary lens, I know I'll regret it soon as it's gone.

cricfree should have it up. Be warned, though, there's usually 2-3 ads that need to be closed out and if your pop-up game isn't on-point, they can be a pain in the ass.

Giro d Italia Live Streaming

edit: Stream 185 and Eurosports 1 are both up and both are English.
