I was following [MENTION=140600]LAJ[/MENTION] on Strava, but do not see this ride in my feed. Perhaps I've been blocked?

I did not consume any food or drink during said ride. #HTFU

I don't think people can be blocked on Strava, but I don't know that for sure. Just not a lot to see. I see intervals and a lot of work, others see 19 miles.

Clearly a serious cyclist.

I had a big drink beforehand and did not work up a sweat (70-75F).

It was a particularly nice one. I'm inspired by [MENTION=6684]valygrl[/MENTION]'s trip to Mallorca that I've been making noises about going to Spain. I'm getting pushback from Mr H, who prefers to spend more time sailing. :)

No you can for sure block people on Strava. I've done it. :)

I always consume drink on a 2.5 hour ride.
