Last night in NOLA. Driving home tomorrow. Eating at Tujagues tonight. My friends who are going with us are tight with the owners and have ordered an old time favorite that is no longer on the regular menu, Chicken Bonne Femme. Four people/two whole chickens. Oy! It is going to be a struggle to keep this meal under control.
