Sorry to hear this.

It must be a difficult part of your profession.

And no time for a run; 4:00 was the target time to get up. Need to be down at the site at 5:00. I did get in 43 miles in the last five days and will get to 50+ tomorrow. And today may be over ten miles of walking anyway.

I used to wake up nightly at 3 and couldn't get back to sleep. The higher the mileage, the worse it was.

It resolved itself completely after I started drinking cherry juice for another reason.

Apparently, tart cherry juice has melatonin.

Adding zinc and magnesium with dinner really knocks me out.

I thought I'd never sleep like a teen again. It's amazing.

Edit: here's my affiliate commission link...lol :roflmao2:

I stupidly bought a red K Edge Pro Road chain catcher for the Cervelo when I got the new FD and RD. A bit of color, I thought. I tried to get over it the last few weeks, but could not. It looks dumb. Too red.

Yesterday, I went back to Excel and bought a black one. Red one to the rainbow bike.

Please don't use the terms 'smoking' and 'carbon' in the same sentence.

That shortstop you have makes Jeter look like a slouch. Sort of.

I know, right? The top is round. The glass is round.

VeloMine is my local Campy toy store. It’s an easy 60 Miles down an interstate from me.

I liked them better when they sponsored a top fuel dragster.

1:46 per 100 meters is faster than I could do it.

seedsbelize 10-14-17 12:39 PM

I wonder if ijen is there.

Almost got my ass bit again on this country 50 miler. What is the best mace for dogs? I'm done with this whole cat mouse game, I'm going to end up spraying 2 dogs per ride, ridiculous.

Was she that fast? AG is out on the Queen K now, so back at the house for food and water and shower and sunscreen. Her family swung by the Verizon store to replace her sister’s phone, which was dropped and died.

Got a couple of good panning shots.

I can swim faster than that... in the pool. Ocean is a whole different game. Even more so than lakes; it was relatively peaceful but bigger swells than I’ve ever had to deal with.

I used to do low 50's for 100m in highschool. Nowadays prolly a 1:20-1:25 for a 100m.
