Need Speedplay advice.....

Need Speedplay advice.....
My gf has a really hard time getting into her Look Keos. For reasons I won't go into I hate these pedals. So, for her birthday I bought her some Speedplay Frogs and a pair of Sidi Mtn bike shoes. Got everything set up on her road bike and she loves them. I ended up with an extra set of Frog cleats. Is there an adapter plate that will allow me to use them on road shoes?
