Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Self-fusing silicone. The surface dulls, so it doesn’t look very flashy, but it’s certainly more effective than anything else.

If brand new and top quality, that’s worth it. But mediocre or used should be less than that.

TFW you get all ready for group Zwift ride at 9 and think the system is broken when the game leaves you alone...only to realize group ride starts at 9:30.

Not complaining, just stating my lower end threshold. Would take -4 over my current winter state any day.

Good things are worth waiting for. Also, winter conditions pre-empt cycling activities the next few days, so no rush.

Kreitlers are excellent rollers and a new belt is a plus because they are pricey. The rollers should spin forever if the bearings are in good shape. Given all that, I'd say $150 is a deal.

Agree. That’s quality. Mine are cheapo Performance “Travel-Trac” rollers and used value south of $100.

Good to know!

I convinced the wife about the power meter, but that turned into me struggling to get any kind of relevant info from the seller and it kind of turned me off from buying it. I hope she goes for this.
