Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Rode with Mrs. Mojo today. Close to home, she missed a turn and the one car in the area pulled up right behind her and laid on the horn. She stopped and apologized to him over and over but he kept cursing her. I went back and asked if he wanted to step out of the car, but the French shower took off. Very manly guy.

I still have a list of things to correct before that will happen. Need lumbar disc replacement, improve low bone density, determine why I have lingering pain 5 weeks after gallbladder surgery. A Fib ain't going anywhere. A life of beta blocker and blood thinner to manage that. Beta blocker makes you lose horsepower. Can still enjoy riding but won't be giving anyone the look.

What about smart trainer, no Zwift, workout or real ride sim, with streaming?

A road bike with fit in the back of a C6 Corvette. I bet one would fit in there with the back seats up.

There is more room in the Vette. Vertically, anyway.

The gas tank is under that hump. People discover this when they mount an amp back there and use long screws. Then they bring it to the dealer and want it warrantied for a fuel leak. They do it on Corvettes, too.

Ivy League should give up on football and stick to rowing them boats and whatnot.
