First week back from base was interestin. Quiet hit-out on Tuesday followed by boot camp sprint training from hell, short intervals Thurs and today was 'Climb like a cycling dog' day. My heart is now just a limp and shrivelled carcass, and my carrot bag is empty.

Yep, back in Oz only to spend the weekend feeling jetlagged. Managed a quick road ride on saturday.

Ate some good Aussie prawns on Saturday night and spent half of Sunday in Gosford hospital on a drip hooked up to all sorts of machines with chronic food poisoning!

nice welcome back :D

You missed a nice MTB ride Sunday morning. Up at Kincumber they've gone over those bouldery sections with bluestone gravel and packed it down a bit.

and I found the entry point for the long DH trail that is almost top to bottom, 2-3 minutes worth.

it's about all you can get around here. Ourimbah is quite long though, takes me about 10 minutes to get down I'd reckon with all the walking over the 6 foot drops.
