The flecks in the paint are pretty hawt. Hard to go wrong with that kind of bar tape, too. Very nice. Still, I find it odd that they went with white decals on the sides of the frame but gold on the HT.

What is really hard to capture in photos is the massive amount of glitter, plus the rainbow bar tape. There is more detail than what is seen in the photos. Maybe I should get a better camera.

Finally found any easy free photo poster. imgur for anyone else struggling with this.

The first Bianchi is classic - I would hate to install that bar wrap! The new one is ok... but why the chrome stem on a bike that is mostly with black accents? Yes, the bar tape wrap needs to be re-done. The old school Brooks saddle looks wrong on that bike and the upward nose tilt looks painful. The pedals should be black to make this bike hot. Remove the rest of the Reynolds decals. I am not a huge fan of the gumwall trend, particularly on this bike. It is a 4th color and is not necessary. Hey, are those valve stems long enough?

Oh, and just noticed: Are those camp on aero bars??? Nope....

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4049/...62dd30b215.jpg Saddle angle may not be correct for aesthetics, but functionally it's the way it should be; the closer you sit towards the nose, the less distance you have to the cranks.. higher saddle nose would compensate for that. Pedals should match the Bianchi celeste green IMO. I'm pretty sure those are tubular wheels/tires.. gumwall does clash with the wheels/bike..

https://imgur.com/a/KN6ltObviously my Salsa Vaya didn't go over well ;) so I will try again.
Brought this out of retirement to hold me over until I know what I want out of a go fast bike and buy something new. What stem angle to I need to level this out? https://imgur.com/a/KN6lt |

Not usually a big Trek fan but that looks great to me. Btw, how did you link such a large image? My three pics won't upload from imgur, says they're too big :(
|
Thanks. Should have taken off my light before i took that pic...Really enjoying the new wheels. These are alot wider than my 10yr old Mavic. The 25mm tires really puff out, running ~65psi.
Just sent it to my computer as a "large image" from my iphone, uploaded to imgur, and did the [ img] links. |
Yeah that's what I'm not getting...shouldn't it be ?
|
yes thats it.
|
Thanks! I'm pretty sure that's what I did before but they're showing now which is what I wanted.
