Dang, that looks fast. And fast is hot.

It's fast enough to take me to a podium finish in my first RR of the year last Saturday :thumb:

I think it's fairly hot too :)

Where's the other half of that saddle? That looks like its 100 mm wide.

Not as nice as my old bike(page 4) but very functional:

I cant believe i said hot to a cervelo. I must be losing it or the blue and black colour scheme improved it.

Thanks...I think that 2002 "blue panels on black" scheme has still been one of the best paint schemes Cervelo has done yet. Then again, I'm slightly biased since it's mine

To recap again. These are the ones "I" would call HOT.

My dedicated racer. No CF, except fork, so that, when I crash, she won't explode. Love my Colnago C40, Tommasso Super Leggera, Masi Gran Criterium, Torelli Express, Raleigh Super Course and SS bikes but nothing rides quite like this S-Works E5 when I want to thrash with impunity.

Here's mine.

How about a vintage Italian frame with a modern Campy drive-train?:

^^ Purty! I really like Nate's Orbea, also.

JRennie, your new bike's not bad, but the Rue was much hotter. I have been eyeing that frame; I don't need it but I sure lust after it.

I'll play. I know I'll get deductions for having a triple.

AlexTaylor 02-07-09 11:45 AM

And a pointy-uppy saddle.

Not. WTF is up with your saddle? And a gratuitous American flag in the pic? Cmon now.

There must be an awful lot of not hot bikes on the road nowadays. Do you see a lot of standard-geometry frames around?
