that old saddle was so damned comfy. i was very sad when it died.

FALCON: Just need to change the bar tape. That is some DIABOLICALLY AWFUL bar tape. Then get a new frame and it'd be hot. Oh, and some wheels. and a saddle. and maybe a garage door... ;)

You win the contest, though for the smallest fender ever.

And its my first ( somewhat old and crappy) road bike, saving for a new one though.

I was looking at some of the nice bikes here and decided to Try and inject some humour into this far to serrious thread....

Its not as hideous as that anymore though I got rid of the saddle and now have a black one and threw that pump of the second I got that bike, replaced the tires and took of the crappy orange stickers.

And conisdering its age its ride very nicely and as I said I like it.

it is certainly not the worst bike in this thread.... or the last few pages for that matter.

Wow! I had a Falcon in 1974. It was a nice bike back then. I saw those mini fenders on bikes in the 70s but they were typically on the rear.

Purge everything red from this bike immediately.

Black saddle and tape.

Bar/lever positioning is pretty spot on but ergo bars are not a good look. Plus scuffed and 26.0. Unless they are your favorite bars of all time or something...

I would say just purge the colourful tyres and it's a hot.

But I like it!

Get rid of the splatter tape, and I like it. Even with the "pride" stripes.

The bottle cage ruins it. If you're gonna spend good money on a P2 and Boyd carbon wheels, at least get a nice looking non-alloy cage.

Not.

I kinda like it. It's minimalist.

World's hottest chainkeeper ever made with drill, hacksaw and yards of sandpaper for a Cervelo p2 volksbike converted into a 1x10 roadbike complete with XX derailleur to muscle up the usual underbuilt and poorly thought out and yet inexplicably popular "Red" gadgetry.

Worlds hottest method of storing your inflator/co2.
Need to take the slack out of your head tube?
Simply use front skewer to access the custom star nut at the dead bottom.
