Thanks. Cages are Arundel Mandibles.

FTW! Love those cages, and have them on both my road bikes. Super tight and have never dropped a bottle plus they are straight up CF sexy! Nice man.

Needs clipless pedals.......

Ghost Ryder 08-07-13 11:01 AM

Bar end shifters FTW!

kcollier5 08-07-13 12:50 PM

Do you think clipless pedals will really help my bunny hop - spin the scooter move?

the sci guy 08-07-13 03:19 PM

Aww thanks guys. Wasn't kidding about trying to find the botecchia a forever home- she's an odd beast who needs someone who understands.

Bottecchia gallery for more neon flair- http://imgur.com/a/DGEPs#0

While i was taking pics, i Dug the other Italian out. At least this one fits me. I'm not sure what the marque was on it- it was made in Maine by aegis, but it could have been branded as anything from a basso to a trek.

^To me that looks like a more modern frame set with vintage wheels, stem, bars and saddle. Very strange. I like the cleanness of the frame but looks like a hodgepodge of parts put together. Definitely not hot, sorry

Nagrom_ 08-09-13 03:05 PM

Pretty sure everything is period correct.

Period correct with a complete matching Campagnolo group. I understand it may not be everyone's taste, but I can't comprehend hodgepodge. The frame, seatpost, crankset, water bottle, brakes and brake levers all share the same design cues from the 80's aero phase.

I had a brief glam metal phase in the late 80's early 90's. I wanted to be in Skid Row
