Yep, no vinyl for you! And while I am a fan of minimal, I'd like some sort of flourish. As martinus offered, a deeper wheelset with some sort of logo might do it. Usually, those are overdone for my tastes, but that's in part because almost all frames already have a lot going on. Not yours! Kudos there.
So yeah, I am suggesting that you buy a $2,000 set of carbon wheels as a flourish :) |

ASide from the saddle, that thing is scorching hot! The bike has so sleek lines yet the saddle is so bulky. Go fiz'ik arione or a selle Carbonio SLR. Marvelous looking bike and very very unique.

even though it's very non-traditional, it is pretty frigging snazzy IMO :thumb::thumb:

I'm really not sure how to feel about this, but I do know that this bike deserves better tires.
Not, although I hear they ride nice. |
Hot. It'd be a 10/10 if you swapped the saddle, paint the brake cartridge bolts, and scratch off/paint over the stem logo. Not a big fan of the spoke pattern, but this is just being really picky.

Fresh off the innertube hanging from my basement ceiling. 33 pounds of Chicago built goodness.
'62 Continental in Coppertone! Can you say HOT! http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47a4...D720/ry%3D480/ |

What's wrong with Gatorskins? My main concern is reliability and comfort since I do a lot of long distance riding. I have just gotten on flat in over a year or riding them and that time the liquid you put in them was enough to let me re-inflate and ride back home. And they ride pretty well on 25mm so it's not like I am losing anything.

I love that Look 675. Hideous saddle, however.

Gatorskins aren't bad tires, but on a high end bike I'd rather see something like Veloflex Corsas, Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CXs, or Challenge Stradas. Gatorskins ride fairly poorly at the expense of flat protection.

Maybe I will try one of those after these are worn out. I have heard good things about the Veloflex and Vittorias. Thanks for the suggestions!
