LOL, at least the dream was a wet one ... !!! It seems you've not been long enough on cycling world, end 90s and early 00s all the pro bikes looked like this. Stealth bikes became the new trend since 2010, so you must look the stuff in perspective.

I love the puked-on paint job. Sincerely. It's interesting, it's art.

I really the color on that one!!

Wheels with a bit more black would be awesome :D

I really much like your bikes. But I would put on another bar tape at your wife's bike. The completely different yellow doesn't fit IMO :)

Wow that bike looks like a hippie on acid's wet dream. The only thing missing is bozo the clown riding it. You don't know it yet, but you are VERY lucky you are no longer the owner of the technicolor puke of a paint job.

Lot of bikes from this era with super loud paint jobs. Maybe because I kind of always wanted one I'll say Hot. :)

I love colorful paint jobs, but when I bike has more than 5 various colors on just the frame alone it has gone far the norm and has fallen into the rainbow bright kids coloring book them. The only thing that bike is missing was the color matching cables!

I think the below "Krylon" bike actually has more "hottness" than the cologno.

That bike follows the colors of the rainbow, in order from front to back.

They even went indigo to violet on the fork.

Wow that's a nice design. The lines are perfect almost too good to ride! Is that some type of decal or vinayl wrap or something??

I've added a number of features that make it "not extra light" anymore. It's approximately 19 lbs now.

Hot. If I saw this on the street I would gawk. You don't see many bikes that look just like this.

Now that is hot....solid ride.

WheelsRolling 08-27-15 06:05 PM

The pump was custom built by Bruce Gordon Cycles. I bought two of them… Figured I'd never find anyone else to make a titanium frame pump ever again!

What fork is that? Did you replace the original carbon fork with a steel one? Ti fork even?

It's a custom titanium fork made by Ti Cycles Fabrication in Portland. They made the stem as well. It's obviously a quill stem, but it has a 31.8 mm handlebar clamp with removable faceplate to accept modern handlebars. Ti Cycles also retrofitted the S&S couplers.

Love your Ti fork. Makes your bike very unique.

Very nice! Not much has changed between 1993 and 2011.

You'll need pedals if you're planning to ride it...

Quite a few changes actually. The top tube became tappered and the seatstays became S-curved (viewed from the rear).

WheelsRolling 08-27-15 08:32 PM

True. Also, the head tube went from 1" to 1.125", the down tube cable stops were moved to the head tube, and it now uses a separate seatpost binder clamp. But, it does retain the level top tube, and the geometry looks the same to my eye.
