Tanwalls seem to be an either/or issue for a lot of people. ... Personally I like the aesthetics of both, regardless of the bike they're hung on. Although, on deep aero wheels, I tend to prefer the tanwalls to break up all the blackness.
I am not an either./or---sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Here they don;'t quite seem to match anything else. if the wheels were blacker, like the tires, then the gumwalls would look great. Hot anyway. |

How you get them wheels on that frame
Roswell Bicycles did an amazing job custom fitting the non-SCS wheels to an original SCS frame. Without all the details there was switching of hangers, trying several end caps, and finally some machining. So for those wondering, it can be done. I really appreciate the level of effort and attention they put into this build (and all the others)! |

Hot even with the stem. Something about the stem just looks off. The rest is straight fire.

The bike is great and I am sure rides incredible but I would go for another set of wheels in this case. Maybe Lighweights ;)? |

As much as I am a fan of both Look frames and Bora Ultra wheels, I don't think the two work together in this case. I don't ever recall seeing Bora decals like that before and the weaving certainly looks different. They might be a version that I am unaware of or how the bike is photographed.
