The bike is nice but the setting makes it look like it was parked by the valet.

What am I seeing on the downtube?

Did that decal come with the bike or is it something you added?

It's a warrior tiki god. There is three people in my town all still rock'n the same 7yo bike.
It was a way to differentiate mine from theirs... (how people put their name on the bike but w/o putting my name on the bike)
And it does have meaning to me.

Hot. Partial to the color scheme. Partial to the bike itself. Partial to the presentation.

the seat post is the 1st thing that catches your eye, like a cute girl w/a huge pimple on her nose ;-) all the extra bumps in the frame makes it look odd, like fins, like it belongs in the ocean.

Are you saying that you'd like to throw it off the pier? Me too. :p

Your frame is too small for you. Not

Haven't had it fit yet. I'm sure the stack will be a lot shorter. FWIW, I like the tall stack, but it will get cut down considerably very soon.

I like everything but the bar tape. Something more complimentary to the colors of the rest of the bike would be great. Maybe some Brooks leather tape to match the saddle?

Just finished my CAAD10 build - all that left is for me to adjust the stem and saddle position. Ever since seeing the same black frame with gumwalls way earlier in this thread, I wanted that exact bike. Apparently that CAAD10 was destroyed, so here's my version..

Yes or no for adding this minor custom touch...either match the gumwalls or go contrasting red. I kinda love the way the latter option looks:

And it appears that you have some blue cable housing that doesn't match at least in the rear. I tried to click on the photo to make it bigger, but Photobucket wants me to turn my ad blocker off, and I laughingly absolutely refuse to do that.

Also, the fact that you have that many spacers and a set back post is a fairly good reference to the fact that the frame is more than likely too small for you.

First ride on this frame, it's a custom geo bead-blasted finish, from a factory in China that they don't bother putting their own brand on it.
Still not sure about the handlebar tape (its got "fi'zi:k" all over it) and the silver pedal

It's from Waltly, to get this look I insist them on having skinnier Ti tube and horizontal top tube, resulting in changing the cad design from them twice. So if you go my route don't get lost in translation

Black and blue cable housing, stack, green bar tape, and rear brake pads appear to be installed backwards.

Nice looking bike! I am not, however, a fan of the gum wall tires. To me, they always look dirty.
