I don't feel as if the VDay guys would turn you down, they seem like good dudes.

I race for Team TOMS; our DC membership is full at the moment but I'll post here again if we're looking for more riders. Cat 4/5 definitely accepted.

I guess 11 speed and lightweight, re-buildable is not for everyone.
Of course it's not true, the company is doing quite well and still has a major market share in high-end bikes, just not in the US.
