One of the big three. It's a must for anyone in the gym.

Hits glutes, quads, lats, traps, forearms.

You mexicans forget to pay your power bill again? :p

classic1 08-10-05 06:31 AM

Yes, but at least we can drink the water. :D

Just about all of South Gippsland copped snow today - including Inverloch, which is on the coast! A few people from work who live out of town in the hills could'nt come in today coz they were snowed in.

What the fark is "System Maintenance"? I tried to respond last night, but that was the message I got. And I have less time to play online, due to my Mexican promotion at work. You guys should know I'm not too keen on work, yet I've been putting in heaps of overtime. Hey, it helps pay for those new bikes, but it's still work.

Now, about the shorts. They don't specifically say they're women's shorts, but they have a Coolmax chamois inside, with no offending stitching or seams. I don't know what a size 10 is, they seem to be about a 28 inch waist, with elastic. The last time I got these in, they were snatched up by women. Oh, they're Borah brand, who apparently sponsored a women's cycling team at one time. For what it's worth, if they were my size, I'd be keeping them, as they seem to be really nice shorts. PM or email me if anyone wants more info. I've got 3 pair left.

Systems Maintenance is where they maintain the systems

And you need to stop doing OT. It's bad for your health

29 year-old Sarah Scott (Guy's Racing) of Philadelphia was involved in a serious crash while racing in the Martinsburg race of the women's category 4 points series of the 2005 Tour de Toona. The crash left her a paraplegic, paralysing her from the waist down.

badsac 08-10-05 05:08 PM

That's terrible. Poor girl. :(

climbo 08-10-05 05:57 PM

yep, horrible stuff. Good club though Guys Racing, they should give her good support.

badsac 08-10-05 06:41 PM

Being left a paraplegic from a crash though. All the crashes I've had in my time, it makes me wonder what happened. She must have been very unlucky.

Little girls aren't supposed to get hurt. :(

VERY unlucky for sure, she must have landed very badly on her head/neck region.

Yeah. Perhaps not used to stacking either. Sounds silly, but the more one stacks, the better they get at it.

Hope they find a way to put spinal cord back together soon.

OK track stars I need your help. When buying shoes for track racing should they fit more snugly than road shoes, or would you just buy the same fit?

Unless your concentrating on the sprint events, you can use the same shoes/pedals.

Pedals are good enough these days to retain your foot for all but the most violent efforts, and you can always run a toestrap around them for extra security.

ed073 08-10-05 07:49 PM

Get some wood-soled Duegis and you too can be just like Gary Newiand.

....minus the slightly psychotic behaviour. :)
