So, bruising all along the right side my body, where my keys are got me pretty good on my lower right back, and some knee/elbows scrapes. Just got up and kept going, albeit slowly at first. Still had 10 miles to go and didn't want to sit around getting all tight.

Achy now, but will be fine. Where's those beers for my tired/ache recovery?? ;)

I didn't remember the climbs (on the main roads) being as long or as steep as many in the US or Europe.

I went down twice on the mtb 2 days ago very similar to you (once on a wood bridge) I tried to figure out a way of posting the picture of the very purple bruise I now have, But there really wasn't any way of getting in focus with how close I had to take it and not show off other areas of my body I would rather not have others see.
