To make a good blue Hawaiian, you need 1 cup rum, 1 cup vodka, 3 cups pineapple juice, a cup of cream of coconut, and 1 cup of blue Curacao. I may be off on the ratios, so play around till it tastes right.

Hey pCad, are you an applet yet?

Wow. Razor really cleared this place out. I guess you guys don't like being laughed at by The IRI.
|
There's only so much idiocy a guy can take, even in this place.

Hey Pcad,
In the roast thread I dug up your " Pcad's Cycling 101 for Freds" series. Time for another installment? How about one on the paceline rotation? |
i'm not responding to an of his posts no matter how provocative, until he changes his name back to razor.

Bullets today. Those are one minute intervals, one minute rest period, another one minute interval. Two sets of five of those. Then a bunch of 3-5 minute intervals all the way home. Good workout. Average speed you ask? It was about 18 mph when I got to the end of the hump course. By the time I got done climbing the 5 miles back up to Mt. Doom (not all uphill, but much of it, probably goes up 600+ vertical feet of up and down rolling hills) the average speed was down under 17. But the whole latter 20 miles of that ride before the very last five miles home was almost @ 20+ mph, with extended stretches @ 22-24+.
To show you how many rolling hills there are around here, this essentially flat 44 mile ride included 3,000 feet of vertical gain, mostly in 100 foot chunks on the rollers that are part of riding around this area, and the climb back up to Mt. Doom from the flat farming area of Pine Island, NY. On the S2/404 clinchers today with Powertap and Joule. Nice racing bike setup. All the data you'll ever want or need too. |

We seriously need to get an organized, unsupported BF ride, up Mt. Doom (Doomstock Ride).
It won't be like those crazy mass-rider events though because I doubt anybody will show up--do any of you ride in real life? Prove me wrong... |
