Bike it. It's only about 600 miles.

I'm racing in Prospect Park at 6:30AM on Saturday and I just agreed to do a 50 mile tempo ride with my pal Sat afternoon as a tune up for his High Bridge race Sunday.

That will be a lotta miles.

they help when TTing a group ride to show the freds how to ride.

then why do a group ride? go ride on your own and when you ride in the group rotate in the line at the same speed as everyone else.

why would i rotate when i can pull there 18MPH the whole time..

bc other people usually want a chance to pull. its the point of the group ride. you're the guy on the ride that everyone hopes gets a flat.

Edit: you need aero bars to pull at 18 mph?

What is it that makes you so powerful? Do you think its the livestrong bracelet?

same here, the only group I've seen that slow is the "intro to road cycling" ride a local shop does. The C group usually doesn't drop under 20mph.

Is that how one goes about earning the bracelet?
