Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Also, I just realized the other day that if you click the little thing infront of the tread title, it takes you to the unread posts. Slow learner.....

When you go to the main road cycling page, and see this thread listed amoung the others. Go over to where it says replies, 10,600, and put your mouse on it. It will show how many times you posted. If you click on it, it will show who has posted.

Well, there you go, although using the method I described I believe it generates a list you can copy and paste.

I'm kind of disgusted that Pcad is so far ahead of me. And obviously Razor should have been banned for a longer time.

I am comfortable in fourth place. I think there is time to pull through and go for the sprint to first.

Na, getting Razor back as quickly as we did was like twisting the knife in 33's back.

He's a youngster who was poo pooing the Addict when Pcad first got it, arguing that it was uncomfortable or something.

Needless to say the rookies take on the Pcadpostmeister at their own risk.

If you are ever near Rochester go to the group ride on saturday at 7:30. More details if asked for. It's Road Nazi galore.

I'm on the east side of the city, past the bay. I don't think Rahchacha is all that bad as far as what upstate NY has to offer. I'm not a fan of NY in general, but being that I'm stuck for a while, I can live with it, have for 46 years. some nice riding around the finger lakes area. Virginia is more my liking if I am to stay on the east coast, going west, I have no idea.

Is this what they wrote up about in the paper, 500+ bikes? Wife was telling me about it, didn't read it.

Oh, you didn't mean just this Saturday. Who's group ride?

Oh, that was something else. Today, 500+ cyclist passed through our city as part of the "Cycling the Erie Canal" tour. 8 days, 400 miles. Hey, I could handle that. Would have had to brush the dust off my mountain bike.

Is there a way to retrieve YouTube sign in information from your browser's cookies or something? I don't see it on the saved password list.

The thing automatically signed in for ages but suddenly it wants passwords which I can't find.
