Absolutely NOT. This kind of crap exists everywhere. I frequent 4x4 and knife communities and this kind of crap is everywhere.

The biggest difference between those places and the BF, is the spandex...

That's right. 4x4 guys look at you funny if you don't carry a spare drivetrain when you leave the pavement.;)

Up in my neck of the woods, they have what they call the bog and grog. They spend all day seeing who can trash their trucks going around a course the fastest. This course has a mud pit at the end. No one makes it through. After the race, the women line up at one end of the mud pit and race to the other end. On foot. Yeah, good times. I've actually never been to it, but have family that has. I've moved a full area code away....

Or you will get pummeled if you post a pic of your Jeep on 37s, while still carrying the factory spare 30...

Oh and with knives, gloating over your Cold Steel special will get you roasted by the Customs Only crew. It is histerical to say the least no matter where you go...

People can judge and act the shizzle behind a keyboard.

I'm a little less rednecky... I just like to rock crawl with my POS Jeep.

I'm sure this pic will get me a ribbing or three.

I leave the mud to MT Biking...

Looks like a fun rig. My wife's Jeep is mostly stock and she doesn't ride offroad. She just likes "little trucks" and also wanted a convertible.

The Jeep guys heads are spinning.

What is this becoming? A mountain biking place?

Rock crawling sounds like fun. When I had a quad, I didn't race it, I mostly just tried to see where I could go on it. Same thing when I had a sled. I had an old slow ski-doo. But it could climb.

Well, it can't all be about changing brake pads.
