Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bikes: Have two wheels

This is the first time I've ever ridden the two bikes back to back in the same day. My God that bike is brilliant, and fast now. 5 miles there, 5 miles back slicing through the 20mph winds. Then finished the day off with a leg press workout. I am amazed, I have zero soreness. I lost 5lbs in one day, and I plan to ride 60-80 miles today depending on how I feel. I haven't ridden over 50 in a day yet this year so far. Trying to work on my endurance a bit.

If you understand what he is saying, would you mind posting a translation? I read his posts and they make my head hurt.

Hey coasting,

(1) Can you watch the Colbert clip I posted?

(2) Do you maintain a stiff upper lip when you post here?

There really is no need to be so dense. The written word should encourage the reader to continue reading.

I do not think that Ru or VG are fat, so hush. No more fat jokes and I really wasn't trying to be offensive RU. As I have said before I am a little jealous of people who have more of a traditional athletic build and naturally carry a reserve of fat. The perfection of a lean steak marbled with fat comes to mind as a good description. With the exception of being on the bike, having what can be described as a feminine upper body is not so enviable. Unless you are a girl of course.
