Got a good solid 50 miles in yesterday. It was threatening rain, and I did the first 40 on the Trek. I actually started to get used to it again, and like it a bit. Then I got home, and decided I wanted a burrito from Chipotle, and I didn't want to drive there to buy it. So I broke out the Cervelo(in full race trim with Zipps on), and rode to Chipotle on it. This is the first time I've ever ridden the two bikes back to back in the same day. My God that bike is brilliant, and fast now. 5 miles there, 5 miles back slicing through the 20mph winds. Then finished the day off with a leg press workout. I am amazed, I have zero soreness. I lost 5lbs in one day, and I plan to ride 60-80 miles today depending on how I feel. I haven't ridden over 50 in a day yet this year so far. Trying to work on my endurance a bit.

I do not think that Ru or VG are fat, so hush. No more fat jokes and I really wasn't trying to be offensive RU. As I have said before I am a little jealous of people who have more of a traditional athletic build and naturally carry a reserve of fat. The perfection of a lean steak marbled with fat comes to mind as a good description. With the exception of being on the bike, having what can be described as a feminine upper body is not so enviable. Unless you are a girl of course.
