Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

So... it's less rude to stare at some handsome dude's tight botox in spandex for too long?

if botox = buttocks
Not sure which is more rude. More likely to get caught when staring at something right under someone's eyes, I think.

When it's hot like this I still like to take the road bike out on the bike path because it follows a stream and the trees keep the heat down...and I like it a little more than I should.

I considered buying a new handlebar because my LBS scratched it for me.

Nothing a little electrical tape can't fix.

I had a friend racing cat 3, but the joined 1, 2 and 3 and he had to draft a girl cat 3 to catch up?

I tug my crotch occasionally and not afraid of doing it in front of people. Sometimes I whiff at it out of curiosity.

Oh man, thank goodness I'm not the only one.

I tend to ride with better manners when I'm in my club kit. If you're a hot woman and you think I'm staring at your ass while drafting you, you're probably right.

This confirms every opinion I have formed about you.

You lost all credibility (what was left) when you made the statement the roads you ride on are generally smooth and well maintained. In Queens? FY!

I bailed on outdoor riding due to record heat. I did break out the trainer though.
I am enjoying a marathon of US Top Gear, even though it clearly is not as good as Top Gear UK.
I am beginning to want an upgraded bike, but I still suck on my current one.
I can't climb hills with any speed at all.
I am not funny enough for this thread.

I wear MTB shoes on my road bike.
Everything on my bike is stock except for tires, pedals and saddle.
I've never been in a road race and have no intention of doing so.
I can't do anything except the most basic repairs on my own bike.
