I have washed and detailed my tarmac and my E5 multiple times this year. I have not washed my car since last year. And I havent really cleaned my room in months.

I wear MTB shoes on my road bike.
Everything on my bike is stock except for tires, pedals and saddle.
I've never been in a road race and have no intention of doing so.
