Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Should Pcad kick the bucket, I'm sure one of his Grecian family members will erect a roadside memorial in his honor. It'll look like this:

And one of his BF admirers will commission a memorial like the following in a Chester park:

INR is 2.0 today. It has not spiked, but it is elevating to the desired level. Lovenox shots were finished this AM, not it's just the oral rat poison (comadin) going forward. Called my pulmonary specialist today. I'm nervous about riding. He said don't worry about it, you can ride.

But don't friggin crash.

Back to your old self, I see.

That's good (in a BF kind of way).

Hospitals suck. Especially the food. Good drugs, though. Glad you're out.

So how did this thing get started anyway?

Was it another flight to Greece for a secret rendezvous with Adonis?

Hey Pcad,

If you're concerned about the danger in cycling, you might try your hand at this sport:
