Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Hot Spot

Rode in my new shoes today and had a slight hot spot in my shoe towards the front bottom of my big toe. feels like I should adjust my cleat back a little so im not so down forward in my shoe. The shoe fits perfectly, and I've never ridden clipless before. I can say I enjoyed it thoroughly aside from the blistering 100 degree heat and humidity and fact that I havnt ridden in over 3 weeks. Any pointers?
