Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Fat definitely is a state of mind. My friend is so skinny that I thought he was ill, but he still lusted after the cakes and fried foods etc. He eats a super healthy diet but once in a while someone would bring a cake in and he would go at it like a dog!

Then I met his relatives and they are all fat. He is basically a fat guy trapped inside a thin body.

His actual weight is a secret and he talks about losing weight all the time, you would think he was a girl.

Holy smokes. I start going nuts if I go more than day without getting my fix.

So to be honest I have always wondered what Pcad was... Now that I know, I know I can stop caring.

That it took you three years to figure out should be more concerning.

Well to be honest I didn't care too much. I was too busy pretending I was a cyclist.

The holidays took their toll on my racing weight. I'm sitting at 165 now (from 168) trying to get down to my usual race weight of 150-155.
