Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Savor those moments that you are below target weight....savor them..... then savor the pizza.

Man up and eat all four! What did you do with the half? Doggie bag?

Also, it's not a Chicago Dog w/o the dill slice though I will confess to leaving the tomato off of mine.

I only rode 23 miles Saturday/Sunday. At this rate I am on a trajectory to become as fat as Pcad.

I take the tomato off as well, though I will confess I haven't had a good Chicago dog in years.

Man, I miss Downtown Dogs on Rush.

I weighed myself at the doctor yesterday (or rather they weighed me). I can now report that there has been actual weight loss.

I rode today. My normal Fair Lawn, NJ thru Ridgewood NJ, along the Saddle River to New York State and back route. I drank allot of water before and during my ride, I still showed a -5 lbs loss. I ate two grilled over charcoal freshly ground from chuck steak burgers and two ears of grilled corn on the cob. ... and some beer. I feel better now. ****'n I love New Jersey.

As a former fatty, I wish a few people had called me fatty to my face before I let it get out of hand. Sometimes people need tough love.

A-fuc4ing-men...i tell this to people all the time...when I call others fat...it's like...they know they're fat...they just need somebody to confirm it. I'm not fat, but I tell myself I am when I start getting that homely pudge on my waist(too much good cooking at home) then I go work my ass off...people are too scared to just call fat people fat...

Now I do understand not everybody can help it...."glands" "big boned" "cake factory manager" whatever the excuse might be...but some people just eat for no good reason...

If you're going to eat like a pig, exercise like a horse...(not sure if that makes sense...a few tall ones in)
