Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Is that normal??
Unless you are stopping because you are out of breath, I don't know what your speed has to do with it. It sounds like you just get bored of running.

I think some of it is psychological. I find myself wishing I was cycling and wondering why I am doing this stupid activity...so it becomes easy to say "eff it." I probably just need a cute running partner as motivation but Mrs Datlas is not interested in such things.

I'd say. I don't know the fix.

When I was running I usually didn't have a problem. I just put on the headphones and shifted into running mode for 50 minutes or so. It was like most any other routine.

Went to the court house earlier today and submitted my paperwork. In a month or so I will be an official spanex wearing, gun toting redneck.
