Thanks guys ... Its an *old* Bianchi, baught it used ( 1990 ) while in HS. All I remember is "its cro-mo" was mentioned way too many times...
Used to be 300ex DT shifter eqipped. At some point I was on the tri team so it had bright green profile aero bars on it, and a fast forward seatpost... Little brother barrowed it, had it for a decade... when I got it it back, it had NO handlebars or front wheel... I made it a rather scary looking ss, ( from *sweet* co-op parts ) while I hunted down some parts. ( pics on page 24 )Slowly upgarding the last 5 years ... 2012 Reynolds Assults on year end super blowout. ( I belive less then half price. ) |

Reposting with cut steerer, leveled seat, and new pedals. Forgive the bag... http://www.bikeforums.net/attachment...4&d=1396211060 |
I like it. I don't know if I would say it's "hot", there's nothing really outstanding about it -- but overall it looks like a well put-together, good, everyday bike. I like it.

I'm open to suggestions when it concerns tires. I had an antique brown Brooks Swift on it and I disliked the way it looked, so I put on the SSM Regal Ti. I like the MKS pedals for when I'm using non-cycling specific footwear.

I was mainly giving you a hard time. Both bikes are hot. Tires? I love veloflex masters. Not the most durable, but the price is good and the ride is sublime.

Ha! Thanks man. The ride on the jeans and t-shirt bike is amazing as it is. I sometimes wonder why I didn't put the STIs on that one instead. Oh well.

Just under $1,800. Only three made that I know of. Can not find another frame like it. Took a big chance buying it, but have been REALLY happy with it.
