If you haven't checked out the Total Immersion DVDs and books, give them a look. It helped give me some semblance of form in the water, though the swim is still a weak event for me too. Otherwise, I'd say 1. Get a good wetsuit, 2. Get some open water practice before race day--the last thing you need is the HR and anxiety boost of having that be the first time you're swimming and can't see the bottom, and 3. When the gun goes off, wait 5-10 seconds for the mob to take off. You're not in it for the win, and it'll help keep you from getting kicked in the face. ;)

Count your blessings, I can't swim at all despite trying many times.

Yes. And I am too lazy to see if they are going to an even thinner chain, but if that's true that will also suck.
Other than being incompatible what is the problem with a thinner chain? |

Yes they talk about a thinner chain which will make it incompatible with 7900.

Other than being incompatible what is the problem with a thinner chain? Now current 10 speed chains last 3000 miles which means a change every 6 months. I suspect the 11 speed ones may need to be changed every 2000 or 2500 miles. Not a deal breaker but annoying to me. :50: |

We know. But sound quality is something nobody cares about, and Jobs was smart enough to understand this. Will the masses ever give up one minute downloads so they can get vinyl-like fidelity? You'd have a better chance of getting cagers to ditch their friggin cars for bicycles.

I love the HDTracks downloads I have. If catalog was deeper and price cheaper I'd have a LOT more of them.
