Very windy club ride today.
I think the sustained winds were 20ish and gusts to 45. A couple sidewind gusts almost blew me over. That said, it was sunny and above freezing so overall a good ride! |

It seems that it is windy everywhere. Earlier this week it was so windy kids were getting blown over. I saw news footage of some high schoolers getting blown into traffic.

Oh yeah. Second round of driveway shoveling about an hour ago. Drifting makes it look like I didn't do anything.

Windy here in Austin...maybe 10 - 15 with gusts to 20. Nice ride though, 48 miles, sunny, low 60's. Glad I wore my arm warmers. This puts me at 190 miles for February which is 10 short of the monthly goal I set for myself in iJen's "2012 Riding Goals" thread. Remember iJen? She used to hang out here a lot. Thankfully I have an extra day in February to get in one more weekday ride.

I've been hanging out with iJen on another board. She was assaulted yesterday by some dirtbag. He punched her in the face, and caught a felony charge.
