I skipped work Friday, based on the stretch of good weather, and I wanted to ride along the shores of every Finger Lake. Planned to go Friday to Sunday. Bought an Osprey pack (gasp, wheeze) on Thursday night, crammed it full of stuff, and took off. Got 4 of the lakes (Cayuga, Seneca, Keuka, and Canandaigua). I now know that I should not plan another 150 mile day.

After ten hours in the office yesterday, I am back at the office today (later this morning). No ride for two days, and my legs feel it. They want to get out and do their thing.

Does he do requests?
Back in my drinking days me and a pal, who were far to young to be Kingston Trio-ites, would freak people out at the bar by starting The Tattooed Lady at the same time from different ends of the bar. By the end of the night, we had the whole bar singing it.

The south end of the lakes have the worst of the hills, so as I was losing it I pushed north. Was planning on spending Saturday night with family in Ithaca, but got to a point where I was 40 hilly miles from there and 50 flat miles from home and topography always wins.

Nice work LC!!!!!!
I just saw a guy cross the finishline @ our local marathon with a GoPro on his head. He's the proud new owner of nearly 5 hours of unwatchable video.
