Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

i'm totally amazed how good locals in taiwan are at singing. It's the culture of going to Karaoke that does it. People practice in private I'm sure, just to not embarrass themselves at the karaoke. Me? I shamelessly belt out off key My Way and Candle in the Wind and watch everyone's faces fall and I welcome the awkward applause at the end.

Life is short..You couldn't pay me enough to live in China! Are you Chinese? In that case it is understandable..I have a good Chinese friend who lives outside Beijing and is constantly asking me to come visit. Then he explains how life is there.. NO WAY! Will they allow you out of there? If so I'd hop on the next plane back home...

I wish, he is a lot more cautious, and when I say stop, he really does stop now. The big problem is in the morning we would walk out the back door, and he would run to the front yard before I could get there. Once he is there, the park across the street is full of squirrels. Most likely it was a squirrel that taunted him to run like he did. I didn't see it, but I did have the unfortunate pleasure of seeing the car hit him, however. From now on as far as Mr. B is concerned the front yard does not exist. If we walk out back through the alley, and then down the street to the park he is usually more calmed down by then, and more controllable. He is after all only a 1.5years old, and his man parts are still intact, so he is still a bit of a handful sometimes. First thing in the morning, he is full of energy.

Really enjoying the new car, a week in.

Getting great gas mileage, fun to drive, lots of compliments. What more could I ask for, besides Whoosh's approval.

Nah that aero stuff really does work. It would work better if v70 would loose his spacers though, and put a -17 deg stem on.
