My favorite at work saying is "Needless to say...", and I say nothing afterward.

Snapped a fairly new Ribble Record chain. I blame the UK.

That doesn't sound good. Especially considering the weather last weekend.

And on a not interesting note, afterward and afterwards, as well as toward and towards, have no change in meaning, regardless of the "s".

"To be honest..." clear indication of gigantic lie about to be told.

Yes. I might give those pedalos a go when my gigantic thighs are finely tuned.

It is clearly too exciting to be pedestrian.

Not sure I've ever seen a bigger forum time suck than this. Yes, it really did reach 11,000 posts in a day, in one thread.

I perservered. Got a ride to Excel, $69 Record chain, off to Ubikes (no Excel wrenches on the weekend), chain installed. Ride continued, but modified.

Almost bought a KMC chain, but it was $3 more expensive.

"Not for nothing" . . . clear indication that a gripe is coming.

Team ride?

Wife's company sent her to Boston for a mini MBA. Solo this week. Parenting is hard work.

Dude. She should see a dermatologist. There's probably something they can do for all that black stuff on her face.

I am jealous of coasting...I can't get my spouse to ride a two-wheeler, no matter how much I beg.

You should keep all that bedroom talk private.

Knoxville has grand plans on the drawing board for a pedestrian bridge. Thing is, there's not currently much on the south side of the river for said pedestrians to do, so I've questioned whether it's worth the money.

Or is it a "if you build it they will come" type deal?

Racist, IMO.

TMI . . . this is a family forum.

Agreed - let's get back to talking about pelvic floors.

That was a big one back in the late 90's. Repeating the same word or phrase over and over in random or inappropriate, non sequitur places makes one sound lazy and stupid.

But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

See what I did there?
