i know i was excluded from the conversation, but i'm in the minority of people who are pretty vocal about the fact that LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS. i've seen too much, and it doesn't matter if you have a good figure for it or not.

Disagree. I rather like the fact that women are wearing them as pants more frequently. I mean, some just shouldn't, but it's a small price to pay for viewers at home.

I got tired of searching for kitten photos so I deleted the last few gun posts. If the gun talk continues, this thread will be moved to P&R or better yet, Trollheim.

I disagree. This thread is closer to the sort of crap we talk about at team rides and events than most of the usual average speed, dirty used bibs, how many water bottles, shiny new thing stuff that gets posted. Cycling stuff still gets talked about, but only as part of the conversation, not the center.

Leggings are for girls who live in the 80's, along with their leg-warmers.

I don't even know how to wear pants anymore. For so many years now I have lived in burms and cargos that on days like today when I have to put on the big boy pants because of the cold, they feel uncomfortable. 501's have been the pant of choice for so long, but now they just feel...different.

I miss the button-fly though - zipper is for wussy.
