I've been riding in temps down to 5ºF for many years, I have to special cold weather cycling gear consists only of a long sleeve jersey, some outer don't flatten me yellow shells of various weights, a head sock, ear warmers, leg warmers, different layers of booties, no special thermal anything. It's all layering and chemical hand/foot warmers.

To her, sex isn't as big of a commitment as dating. This is a pretty common attitude among men and it's becoming more common among women - it's not that hard to understand. At this point, you either accept it, continue to have fun while going with the flow... or you make her feel like you're pressuring her in to something that she's not ready for and she bolts. Easy.
