I've never reported anyone.

He was shilltastic. You can't bump every old wheel storage thread with your product and not get banned.

It's pretty rare that I report someone. You can use all the nasty language you want, I don't effin' care.

But that was flagrant shilling. Report-worthy.

I don't know about that. Seeing a patient die of rectal cancer metastatic to the pelvic plexus is about as horrible a way to die that I have witnessed.

I know.

I went to a female Internist (kinda chunky) and her nurse and receptionist are shall we say, BIG. Since I'm shallow, I won't be going back to that office since they don't set a great example of good health. The Dr. specializes in a program that is supposingly a safe, effective, research proven, adults, pediatric and adolescent weight management program. YIKES!!!!

" Physician, heal thyself"

That office should be closed. I agree, if doing bariatric work the example set by physician and staff is important.

still, that makes me sad. and kind of angry.

It does look like a fat suit but it is not. That is real fat and a kid who likely end up in a nursing home by 50, if he makes it that long.

Confluent kaposi's sarcoma from the toes to the umbilicus when I was in med school.

That's my point. "The worst" is always viewed through our own memory lens.

Just got back from a ride a little under 20 miles. Bright sunshine, blue sky, snow on the mountains and hills from last night, dry roads. Couldn't ask for any better. And the best part -- the gym work is paying off.

(Just trying upbeat the tone of the thread here a bit, guys and girls).

Dude was bumping any thread (even ones from several years ago) about how to hang wheels, with a link to his product.

RollCNY 01-10-13 06:41 PM

Funny, I thought sbxx's discussion of wheel bags right here in this very thread was what caused the avalanche of wheel bag threads. Harrumph. I'd give a smiley but I frigging caint.

LowCel 01-10-13 06:41 PM

This is absolutely amazing!

LowCel 01-10-13 06:45 PM

I wish I had 10% of either of these two guys talent.

LowCel 01-10-13 07:13 PM

Pcad, check out the guitar work in this one.

Soloist Assassin 01-10-13 08:00 PM

Funny I often thought of that offspring song in reference to my situation. I know see it more like RUOkie's idea about the "Outsider" by APC. That song nails how I feel right now. She called me today btw. I unfortunately answered it by accident. I forgot my iPhone at home and I forwarded the calls to my work phone, and I thought she was a customer calling me. The cool thing about it. I didn't enjoy the conversation one bit. I don't find her jokes funny anymore, and I find the sound of her voice rather repulsive. I wish I didn't answer her call.

Anyway, yes I had court today. I lost my license for 6mo. I am granted driving privledges however. I have no will want or desire to introduce any poisons into my body. I am completely over it all. I have to go to a 72hr drivers intervention program on valentines day. How ironic? The whole thing is going to cost me about 2k by the time I get my license reinstated. I have only one thing left now. Racing bikes, it's all I want to do. Eff everything else. Unfortunately I need to bum rides to races until June.

Rowan 01-10-13 08:05 PM

Fair enough outcome. You've kept your job by the sounds of it on the driving privileges. $2K is much less than what it could have cost you.

Racing bikes is not the one thing you have left. You have work (might meh, but even so, you were worried about losing the job) and you have this group of reprobates to keep entertained (but not about whoever it was you mentioned in your first paragraph).

RollCNY 01-10-13 08:08 PM

And you'll always have bacon.

RollCNY 01-10-13 08:09 PM

Now a life without bacon would be a sad, sad affair.

I made BLT's tonight.
