One of my college roommates is having a medical procedure done on Friday. Are you Keith?

I've only had goose once... I enjoyed it very much until I bit down on a birdshot pellet. Funny how a little thing like that can ruin your appetite for life.

Looking forward to the drugs of course.

Business is picking up here. I ascribe it to my cunning business acumen and relentless drive.

Yeah but for you that was only like riding after sex. No big deal.

I missed winning a computrainer TT by 3 seconds this past weekend. My legs were just a little bit off after a goodmorning.

I have a new employee starting today so I'm trying to comport myself with a modicum of business professionalism. I am wearing my best jeans, a pressed shirt, loafers and the Breitling.

It's not even 10AM and I already grow weary of this farcical charade.

Go for a ride and forget about work.

There's a name from the past. Whatever happened to that dude?

I just picked up some foot warmers for the first time last week. Haven't tried them yet.

Are they actually supposed to fit inside your shoe? I just don't see how this is possible with properly fitted shoes.

Not today. The road is a vertical skating rink again. I'm hoping for tomorrow and Thursday. Bigger snow predicted for Friday.

Pcad doesn't do trainers, but I don't know, I may have to relent.

I have never used them and wonder the same thing. I figure maybe you put them in the little space between the ball of your foot and your toes??

Neoprene booties are better anyway.

Just get the Graber Toe Warmer packs, they're like a buck a pop, they work great. They cost me maybe $60-$70 annually and I ride all winter. I use the hand warmers now too. Those are the key. I'm good down to like 5ºF.

Are they so thin they fit inside the shoe? That's my main question, because I despise cramped feet.

Plastic shopping bag cut to go over the toe (over socks inside shoes) and Gators brand neoprene booties ftw. Years of commuting in Colorado winters prove it to be a good solution.
