I'm gonna digest my yogurt and do some yoga. If my back stretches out I'll go for a 1-2 hr bike ride. It is nice enough that I think I'll take the road bike out (I've been using the single speed exclusively for the past 2 months ). If my back still hurts I'll go to the gym and lift some weights.

Got my 9 hours in for the week. Yay.....

I just digested my 20 oz T-bone, along with some eggs and pancakes, did Chest and tri's, hit the heavy bag for 15 minutes...it's only going to 42 today so no biking..55 is my new limit as far as riding in the cold. If it ain't fun why do it?

It's going to get back up to the upper 30's in a day or two, I can't wait to get out and do some night rides!

Went on group ride this morning, slow neighborhood cruise. I trusted the desktop widget when it said it was 60*, so I didn't put on layers. Turns out it was really mid-40s, so that was awfully chilly until it warmed up to ~55*. Especially in the shade...

Yesterday it nice here in Fair Lawn NJ but I had to change the thermostat in my Benz.
The freak'n dealership wanted $600 ***** dollars to do it. The part was $111 out of the online shop of MB of Fort Lauderdale.
Couple hours of work and badda bing. Got my heat back.
I like this car gonna keep it till 200k is on the odometer then get another one.
Rain early in the week washed the salt away.
Thought I would be able to get in a ride today but it snowed.
So Im repotting a few of my orchids (Phalaenopsis).
Ive been able to get them to grow and flower for a couple years now.

An inch of snow last night, Mt. Doom was a vertical skating rink, they hadn't gotten up here yet with the plow/salt. Spent the morning shopping. Now I know why I never go shopping. But I did manage to find a jacket to replace my old fleece layer, and I've been looking for over a year. Came back, was gonna ride, saw Sam lying there, screw the ride, the roads are a friggin mess. We spent an hour walking shoveling the driveway, playing outside. Now I'll go hang with him.

it's 16º now. finally found my snowboard pants and did a test run of my gear for next weekend and ended up sweaty in 20 minutes of crouching on the ground taking pictures of snow, so i'm not so worried now.

Good choice.

I'll go out if it's 40° as long as there isn't a lot of wind.
