Your best bet it is to take it to a shop.
You're trying to solicit the opinion of people over the internet who may be misreading what you're typing, cannot hold and examine the wheel, and only have two blurry pictures to go off of. A competent mechanic can look at it and tell it you what's wrong, and fix it (for a nominal fee), probably while you wait and you don't have to worry about doing more damage.

How does the trainer have anything to do with the freehub ? My trainer clamps to the outside of the QR skewer.

I love these threads...instead of taking it to a shop, come on to an internet forum (not really knowing what happened much less how to describe it) and ask, and get 20 speculative answers.
Take it to a shop so they can look at it. You probably won't be able to repair it given the level of understanding of how this stuff works. Seriously.
This is almost as good as the health related threads. "I have this pain in my chest and left arm What do you guys think might be the problem?"

The OP's next post should be that he took it to the LBS and they fixed it.
He's gotten good info. on what the problem is and also the solution; which is to take the wheel to a shop and have them fix it.

Perhaps, I should explain my reasoning for posting. I have come across an issue concerning my merchandise, and seek a foundation of information to guide me as to how extensive the damage is and how much it may cost to get it fixed. I did not ask for a lecture on the validity of the answers, nor a lecture on how simple it is to "take over to the shop". So please, if you have nothing worth proposing, hop off.
