Hey pcad, how much will you be selling that S2 frame for?

ebay high bidder - pay attention.

LowCel 03-18-13 09:06 AM

Very strong storms, 40 mph winds, flood warnings here. I think I'll take the day off the bike.

It's got about 100,000 miles on it. Being he use to be a car salesman he will probably let you have it for right around $3500.00. In addition it rides like an iron bar...

Most single women that I've met in their mid-late 20s are looking for marriage. At this point, I wouldn't go asking for her "intentions"... but pay attention for signs from her. You don't want to end up as that guy who gets blamed: "I wasted the best years of my life on you".

Mid 30s divorcees make good girlfriends.

coasting 03-18-13 09:44 AM

So your advice is go for MILFS. Who can argue with that?

It has to start somewhere - and given that it has a billion km on it and has weird cable routing I can't imagine there will be much action.

I wonder if you give up anything in the speed/rolling resistance dept. with 25c vs. 23c tires? Maybe not.

I believe the data shows 25's have lower rolling resistance at a given pressure. In practice I think they can/should be run at a lower pressure, so in the end it's probably a difference of about nothing.

That said, for bigger guys who need to run 23s at or near max, 25s will probably roll better. I put a 25 on my rear 404 to test this.

Correct. The frame probably has 10K miles on it. My LBS will list it saying it has 2000 miles on it and it will bring $1300-$1500 or so.

It snowed like a week and a half ago. Times change.

I think it was more of a cabin fire than forest fire. Look how close together they are there.

They do $100K in eBay monthly. They don't need your money. Ebay serves a global audience of suckers. Hell, he sells a large % of his stuff to a guy from Japan.

If you ever had to make your money on commission you'd starve to death. They would find your body in the Spring.
